Starting with the procurement of premium raw materials, we meticulously select fabrics, zippers, and accessories to ensure quality control from the very beginning. High-precision cutting machines precisely cut fabrics according to designs, guaranteeing accurate patterns.
Advanced equipment prints or embroiders brand logos onto fabrics, ensuring sharp, crisp patterns with exceptional color fastness. Subsequently, our professional sewing team takes over the stitching process, meticulously controlling stitch spacing and seam flatness while conducting random inspections of semi-finished products to eliminate dimensional deviations and craftsmanship flaws.
Finally, each finished product undergoes comprehensive inspection before packaging. Only after quality is confirmed is it placed into an OPP protective bag, carefully boxed according to specifications, and sealed. This thorough process ensures product quality and on-time delivery throughout the entire production cycle.
